1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using **IbroArt AI** (referred to as "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") directly on WhatsApp or through our related applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Content and Safety Rules

To use our Service, you will upload digital photos of yourself or others via WhatsApp. By sending any photo, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You own or have the explicit legal permission and authority from the individual in the photo to submit it to the Service.
  • The photos do not contain harmful, abusive, nude, semi-nude, violent, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise illegal content.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Warning: We reserve the right to immediately terminate user access, block phone numbers, and refuse image generation if a photo violates our safety filters.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

  • **Pricing:** The pricing of the packages is as displayed during the WhatsApp session checkout: Basic (₦500), Standard (₦1,000), and Premium (₦2,000). Prices are subject to change.
  • **Processing:** Payments are processed securely via **Paystack**. We do not save, store, or view your credit card details.
  • **Refunds:** Since AI image generation consumes direct server compute immediately upon purchase, refunds are not automatically provided. If image generation fails completely due to a system error, we will credit your user session with free credits or issue a manual refund at our sole discretion.

4. AI Image Outputs and Accuracy

IbroArt AI uses machine learning and diffusion algorithms to create creative edits. By using the Service, you acknowledge that outputs are artistic interpretations and may vary in resemblance. We do not guarantee complete photorealism or exact portrait alignment. Basic package images may contain a small "IbroArt AI" watermark.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IbroArt AI, its founders, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the Service or generated content.
