To operate the WhatsApp-native AI generator, we collect and process the following information:

• **WhatsApp Phone Number:** Your phone number is collected to manage your active generation session, track package credits, and deliver images.
• **Uploaded Images:** We temporarily store the face or brand pictures you send in our secure Google Cloud Storage bucket so our AI pipeline can process the image transformation.
• **Transaction Metadata:** When you make payments via Paystack, we receive transaction metadata (e.g. status, amount, and reference code) to mark orders as paid.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To initialize your chat session, select styles, and track generation status.
• To process payments and verify checkout status via secure webhooks.
• To run AI models (via API partners like fal.ai) to generate and output your stylized image.
• To deliver the generated image to your phone number on WhatsApp.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store your uploaded source images permanently.

* **Uploaded Photos:** Uploaded photos are cached and automatically deleted from our storage buckets within **30 days** after delivery. * **Generated Artwork:** Generated images are retained for a limited time to allow you to download them or request corrections. You can request immediate deletion of your phone number and associated images by sending a request in the WhatsApp thread or contacting support.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We share data with trusted third-party providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service:

• **Paystack:** Handles secure credit card and bank transfer checkouts. We never collect or store your payment details on our servers.
• **WhatsApp Business API (Meta):** Used to send and receive text messages and media attachments.
• **AI Compute Partners (fal.ai, OpenAI):** Face vectors and image links are processed by compute endpoints under privacy rules that prohibit using your photos for model training.
