3. Image and Prompt Processing

When you upload an image or enter a prompt, your content may be processed by IbroArt AI systems and approved third-party AI infrastructure providers (such as fal.ai and OpenAI) for the purpose of generating your requested output.

We aim to work with reputable providers and apply reasonable security and safety measures. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention

We may retain uploads, prompts, generated outputs, logs, and transaction history for as long as necessary to:

• Provide the service.
• Allow users to access their gallery or generation history.
• Resolve disputes and support requests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Comply with legal and accounting requirements.

Users may request deletion of their account or certain personal data via Settings → Delete my account & data in the web app, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, and operational requirements. Requests are reviewed before being carried out; uploaded photos and generated images are removed, while transaction records are retained in anonymized form to meet accounting obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal data.

We may share limited information with:

• AI infrastructure providers used to process generation requests.
• Payment processors used to complete transactions.
• Cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, and support providers.
• Law enforcement, regulators, or authorities where legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm.
• Business partners only where required to provide the service and subject to appropriate confidentiality or data protection obligations.
